Refugee Hope Partners exists to love our refugee neighbors with the hope of the gospel in partnership with the local church.
We Love our Refugee Neighbors by:
• ENGAGING families and individuals as they face cultural, practical & emotional hurdles
• EQUIPPING hands, minds, and souls for independence with dignity
• ENCOURAGING healthy relationships & spiritual growth so that all may thrive
Ways to Serve
IDC members can serve through Refugee Hope Partners by:
- Providing Homework Help
- Assisting with ESL Summer Intensive (Teachers & childcare workers needed)
- Providing dinner for events or Bible studies
- Living on-site
- Volunteering with “Summer Read & Swim”
- Serving as medical professionals needed for doctor visits
- Providing Academic Intervention Tutoring
- Assisting with Summer Vacation Bible School
- Driving neighbors to apartments
- Helping with other classes or services as needed/available
