Oak City Cares is a local non-profit dedicated to ending homeless ministry in Raleigh. Their goal “is to make homelessness in our community rare, brief and non-recurring”. They serve as a hub with a variety of services to help anyone experiencing homelessness find a way out. More information can be found on their website below.
