This is one of the ways we partner in the gospel (Phil. 1:5). We are a family on our Father’s mission together. When we take short-term trips to come alongside our missionaries and church planters, we are coming alongside our brothers and sisters in the work our Father’s family is doing in reconciling the world to God.
Requirements to Go on a Short-term Trip:
To apply for a short-term trip, you must:
Be a member of Imago Dei Church.
Be commended by your Growth Group Leader.
Be able to easily share your own story of coming to faith in Christ.
Be able to clearly articulate the Gospel in a way that can be easily understood.
Scholarships
Short-term trip scholarships are reserved for members only and will be given according to need, frequency, and team size. There is no set limit on how often you can apply for a mission trip scholarship, but there is no guarantee that you will receive money each time you apply. IDC leadership will weigh all factors when determining scholarship amounts. Apply for a scholarship here.
