Hope Reins

Hope Reins pairs kids in crisis with rescued horses and trained mentors for hope and healing.


Ways to Serve

IDC members can serve through Hope Reins via:

  • A one-time commitment:
    • Volunteering at the HR ranch as a family, growth group, etc. for a day of service. (Saturdays/Various Weekdays)
    • Helping out with Saturday Barn Chores, 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (Family-friendly, no signup necessary)
  • An ongoing weekly or monthly commitment:
    • Possible Roles Include:
      • Program Session Leader
      • Group Leader
      • Mentor
      • Listener
      • Camp Counselor
      • Horse Feeder or Developer
      • Ranch, Garden, or Prayer Team Member
      • and many more!
